USA remain strong at the head of the market for the CONCACAF Gold Cup at 5/4 with Bet 365.

The USA followed up their impressive Confederations Cup campaign with an opening 4-0 thrashing of Grenada, and they look well on course to go close this year.

Their nearest rivals, Mexico, are 7/4 with Bet 365, and they started their campaign reasonably well, beating Nicaragua 2-0. Costa Rica have drifted to 8/1 following their loss against El Salvador, who themselves are 20/1 to take the title.

Honduras, who have shone in the World Cup Qualifiers to date, beat Haiti 1-0 in their first match, and the tough outfit are 10/1 to go all the way.
